The Nobletree Tesouro blend contains 100% Arabica beans from our Santa Izabel Farm in Brazil and coffee beans from other Guatemalan farms. Coffee cherries are grown until perfectly ripe, harvested, and shipped to our state-of-the-art roasting facility in Red Hook, Brooklyn, New York. Here we use rebuilt Probat roasters to roast to perfection. The Tesouro blend is Rainforest Alliance, and Fair Trade USA certified.

This blend highlights rich, complex flavors with tasting notes of malt, black tea, and plum. The Nobletree Tesouro blend is an excellent pair with medium cheeses like cheddar or gruyere and pastries such as beignets. Each Tesouro medium roast coffee bag is hand-packed with care to deliver an exceptional coffee experience.

About The Brew

Our Tesouro blend is made of 100% Arabica Beans from our Santa Izabel Farm in Brazil combined with beans from other farms in Colombia. We roast to perfection at our state-of-the-art roasting facility in Red Hook, Brooklyn, New York in our vintage, rebuilt Probat roasters. This coffee is Fair Trade USA Certified and Rainforest Alliance Certified.

Origin

The Farm Santa Izabel has always been recognized for the high quality of its coffees. Nobletree Coffee Farms acquired Santa Izabel, located in the south of Minas Gerai, in 2013 and began transforming it into a sustainable, world-class coffee bean producer. By 2017, our new crops started to harvest. Since 2020, the older sections are experiencing rejuvenation for stability and sustained growth.
