After the coffee has been wet milled at the farm, it heads over to our dry mill facilities. At the dry mill the coffee is hulled, polished, cleaned, sorted, graded and prepped for export. During the hulling stage cherry pods and coffee parchments are carefully checked for stones and impurities, just before being hulled or peeled. Our coffee then goes through several machines that sort the coffee by size and density of bean while removing unwanted debris that may have been mixed up with the coffee during drying.
Our dry milling operations and buying offices are located in both South Minas and Lower Mogiana in Brazil.
